So my Nigella recipe for this week was selected after I stumbled across some key limes at the organic grocery store in Valdez during a basketball trip. Somewhat random. But they were just perfect for the Key Lime Pie recipe, which was delicious and simple. My heavy hand with the food coloring turned out to coordinate well with Halloween, thank goodness.
Jo promised to make some sort of spooky cupcake for her recipe this week. Hopefully she'll share so I can post a picture for you :)
